Reset Password

Step 1

Go to the VEN Login Page (opens in a new tab).

Step 2

Click 'Forgot my password...'

Step 3

Enter your VEN email address and click 'Reset Password'.

Step 4

You should receive an email like the one shown below. Click on the 'Reset Password' button and you will be redirected to the appropriate page.

Step 5

Enter your new password and click 'Save New Password'.

You have now successfully reset your password. You will be redirected to the Login page where you can login using your email and your new password.
