Cancel Subscription
We'll be sad to see you go, but if you want to cancel your subscription for any reason, follow the steps below.
Step 1
Click on your account icon on the top right of your screen and select 'Account'.
Step 2
Under the 'Subscription' tab, click 'Cancel'
Step 3
Confirm the cancellation of your subscription by filling in the information and clicking 'Yes, I'm sure'
Step 4
You subscription is now cancelled and won't be renewed.
You should now see information on when you'll lose access to VEN, and an 'Enable Renewal' button which will allow you to turn your subscription renewal on again if you've changed your mind.
